Online Training with The Trainable Puppy
Created by Sarah Cochran of SDG Goldens, The Trainable Puppy offers practical online guidance for everyday puppy training, potty and crate routines, and building confidence. Our courses are available to all puppy families, wherever their puppy came from.
Every SDG puppy family receives access to all three courses at no additional cost, whether their puppy comes home at eight weeks or stays with us for additional training through SDG Puppy Academy. Explore The Trainable Puppy.
SDG Puppy Academy- Additional Training Before Your Puppy Comes Home
For families who would like help getting those first skills and routines underway, SDG Puppy Academy gives your puppy additional time with us before joining your home.
Academy puppies continue living in our home as part of our family. Through daily practice, household experiences, and socialization outings, we use positive reinforcement to build confidence and a foundation you can continue at home.
SDG Puppy Acadamy: Basic Puppy Training (8 to 12 weeks) $1750
Our Basic Puppy Training Program is designed to establish a strong foundation for your puppy’s behavior and training. Through daily training sessions and weekly socialization outings, we help your puppy learn essential skills that make the transition to their new home smoother. While this program provides a great start, continued training at home is necessary to reinforce and maintain these skills as your puppy grows.

*Note: While we begin potty training early, puppies cannot be fully house-trained until they reach maturity (approximately 6 to 8 months old). However, by the end of this program, accidents should be minimal with proper consistency at home.
