Puppy Update: First Vet Visit

Today was a big milestone for our little crew—they had their very first vet visit! 🐾

At this appointment, the veterinarian performs a full puppy wellness check. Each puppy had their eyes, ears, and heart carefully examined to make sure everything is healthy and developing as it should. The vet also checked their umbilical area for hernias, confirmed the boys’ testicles are dropping on schedule, and tested their knees and joints to be sure they have strong mobility without looseness.

These exams are so important because catching potential issues early means puppies can get the care they need right away. Early vet visits also help puppies get comfortable with being handled by professionals, setting them up for positive experiences at the clinic in the future.

Another big step: the puppies received their first round of vaccinations! This protects them against dangerous diseases while their immune systems are still developing, and it’s the first building block in their lifelong health routine.

We’re thrilled to report that every single puppy got a clean bill of health. They all handled the visit wonderfully—brave, curious, and full of love.
