We always prioritize a direct and personal handoff. We do not use third-party flight nannies and never ship puppies cargo. If your puppy is small enough for in-cabin travel, we can fly with them to Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway International Airport (MDW). We can also arrange ground delivery for an additional fee, or meet you at SGF, XNA, TUL, or MCI at no added charge. You are welcome to pick up your puppy at our home as well.
